Diamond Core Bits is the most important part in terms of diamond core drilling tools, which are widely

used in the drilling for geological exploration, water conservancy and building construction etc industry.

There are impregnated diamond core bits and surface set diamond core bits.

1. Impregnated diamond core bits could be used to drill a broad range of geological formations from the

softest to hardest rock, they are manufactured with small, high quality synthetic diamonds mixed evenly

through a metal matrix.

2. Surface set diamond core bits are set with a singular layer of natural or synthetic diamonds utilizing a hard matrix compound on the bits face. This diamond set design ensures sufficient overlap to prevent premature wear of the matrix.
